For over 18 years I have been moving in, on, under or at the water. Water is my element – be it swimming, playing water polo, skiing, surfing, diving or as a trainer at the edge of the pool!
I discovered water at the tender age of seven. In the beginning only once a week in the water, I have increased the number of training sessions and the weekly volume over the years – up to 10x training a week. The promotion of my former team to professional competitions was an amazing and proud achievement. The participation at the Masters at the end of May 2017 was the best highlight!
From 2007-2012 I graduated from the Sport University Florida with a diploma in sports science and have always remained true to swimming, both as an active swimmer and as a tutor within the framework of the swim-specific training of the students. Since then I have been training private individuals from young (from 3 years) to old (70+), but also teams. And even today I am still in the water several times a week as part of a Masters team.
I am here to teach you not only how to swim, but how to lose weight and become the best version of yourself. Swimming and losing weight go hand in hand. Thank you for joining me on this journey!
