Our mission is to foster a positive, inclusive, and competitive swim environment, helping swimmers of all levels achieve their goals in and out of the pool. We offer a robust swim program designed for all athletes, from beginners in swim lessons to national-level competitors. We are seeking an Age Group Coach to join our dedicated coaching staff and vibrant swim community. The coach will lead our Class 2 (9-10 & 11-12) group and assist with several other groups in our Age Group development program. This role involves contributing to all aspects of team development, athlete growth, program management, and preparing athletes for competition. A typical week will include approximately 5 – 8 hours of on-deck coaching and 1-2 hours of administrative work.
