Our Mission
At iSwimBand, we believe that every swimmer — from toddlers splashing in a backyard pool to elite athletes chasing records — deserves a safer, smarter experience in and around the water. Our core mission is to reduce, and ultimately eradicate, preventable drowning while empowering the swimming community with insightful training content and innovative technology. 

How It All Began
The idea for iSwimBand was born after a tragic incident in which a young boy was submerged for several minutes before being discovered. Deeply moved, three fathers and lifelong friends channelled their grief into action, founding Aquatic Safety Concepts and developing a Bluetooth-enabled wearable sensor that alerts caregivers if a swimmer is underwater too long or if a non-swimmer enters the water.
