The Aquatics Manager will be the driving force behind the success of our department, overseeing all aspects of the team’s operations. This includes financial management, which will involve budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the department’s financial health. The Aquatics Manager will also be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising team members, creating a positive and productive work environment.
Team Dynamics
The Aquatics Manager will play a crucial role in creating a positive and productive work environment.
Provides guidance and coaching to team members. Assists in the development of the Aquatics Team’s program, goals, and objectives. Coordinates and executes all Aquatics Team events and activities. Assists with the development and implementation of safety protocols. Assists with the development and implementation of a comprehensive Aquatics Team program. Assists with the development of aquatic programs, including lessons, leagues, and special events. Assists with the implementation of a customer service system. Assists with the maintenance of the pool facilities and equipment. Assists with the maintenance of the pool’s chemical balance. Assists with the maintenance of the pool’s filtration system. Assists with the maintenance of the pool’s water quality. Assists with the maintenance of the pool’s surroundings. Assists with the maintenance of the pool’s adjacent areas. Assists with the maintenance of the pool’s adjacent grounds. Assists with the maintenance of the pool’s adjacent buildings. Assists with the maintenance of the pool’s adjacent structures. Assists with the maintenance of the pool’s adjacent infrastructure. Assists with the maintenance of the Aquatics Team’s equipment.
2 years of supervisory/management experience Red Cross Lifeguard and First Aid Successfully complete and pass the Life Time Swim Certification. CPR/AED certification required within the first 3 months of hire.
